Are Vapes Banned in Texas?

Texas has cracked down hard on vape sales. Thanks to Senate Bill 2024, stores can’t legally sell vapes with cannabinoids like Delta-8 or CBD. Most disposable vapes especially ones from China are off-limits, too. The rules focus on selling, not what you own. So, you won’t get in trouble just for having a vape, but actually buying one in Texas? That’s a whole lot tougher now.
